No Crumbs Communications provided support services on the Coolgardie-Esperance Highway project from the early tender submission process through to full project completion.

Tender management services included preparing and writing and managing submission of the Main Roads WA design and construct tender for both the Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Pricing (RFP) stages, in close consultation with the Highway Construction team.

On winning the tender, as the nominated Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager, No Crumbs Communication provided full community and stakeholder engagement services including development and implementation of the community and stakeholder engagement plan, production and launch of all associated communications materials, and stakeholder communications including issues resolution.
