The new owners of CSC were referred to No Crumbs Communications for guidance in repositioning the company brand and for help in revitalizing the company’s tender management strategy to increase its hit rate on government and education sector commercial cleaning contracts.
Working closely with the Managing Director, No Crumbs Communications redesigned both the brand look and feel and restructured and re-wrote the CSC’s business communications/ This involved a redesign of the tender response format, fresh new content and the provision of tender management support the company over the long-term.
