Project: Strategic Communications Support and Website Creation, Client: Miner's Promise

Miners’ Promise was established in 2010 to provide crisis support to individuals and families affected by the death of a loved one in the resources industry. This offering now extends to the provision of crisis support following a serious accident or illness as well as death, whether at work or at home.

No Crumbs Communications was engaged to develop a strategic communications plan to position the organisation and clearly communicate these key messages to resource sector businesses and workers in Western Australia to drive membership.

The first stage of works provided by No Crumbs Communications included re-developing the brand, creating a new website, implementing a social media strategy and site delivery tool-kit (including production of associated marketing materials).

The second stage involved production of a Miners’ Promise video communication  and its soft launch via a social media campaign to raise awareness about Miners’ Promise and drive new memberships.
